Presentation Awards Categories

The awards are given to the most outstanding researchers of the conference under four categories (This can be changed).

1. The Overall Best Presentation Award
This award will be provided for the most outstanding presentation of the entire conference.

2. The Best Student Presentation Award
The Best Student Presentation Award will be given to the most outstanding presentation presented by a participant who has registered under the student category. Each in UG, PG, and PhD.

3. Session’s Best Presentation Awards
There will be a number of technical sessions in the conference under different themes. These awards are provided to the presentations that have been selected to be the best in the particular session.

4. The Best Poster Presentation Award
There will be a poster session at the conference, and this award is dedicated to the poster presenters in the conference. The best poster presentation will be selected among all the researchers in the session.

Awards Ceremony
All the winners will be presented with their awards during the awarding ceremony, which will be held on the last day of the conference along with the conference conclusion.

Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors from India are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original, unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference.

Submissions must include title, abstract, author affiliation with the email address, and keywords as per the template available on the website. The paper should not contain page numbers or any special headers or footers.

Regular papers should present novel perspectives within the general scope of the conference. Short papers (Work-in-Progress) are an opportunity to present preliminary or interim results.

The paper length should be between 6-8 pages. Literature reviews or survey papers will only be considered if they present a new perspective or benefit the field. To be published, such papers must go beyond a review of the literature to define the field in a new way or highlight exciting new technologies or areas of research.

All submitted papers will be subjected to a “similarity test” using Turnitin Software. Papers with a similarity index of more than 10% will be examined, and those deemed unacceptable will be rejected/withdrawn without a formal review.

Springer Paper Format

After peer review, acceptance of the paper will be communicated to participants. Upon notification of acceptance, authors must complete their registration along with fee payment on or before 10.05.2024. Selected full papers from registered participants will be published in the conference proceedings/SCOPUS/SCI indexed journals.

Policy on Plagiarism

Authors are requested to refrain from plagiarism in any form. Only original and unpublished research work, not under consideration elsewhere, should be submitted.

Manuscripts found to be plagiarized at any stage of the review process will be rejected.

As per the copyright transfer agreement, authors are individually or collectively responsible for the content of the manuscript published by them.

Payment towards registration should be made through online transfer. After the payment of registration fees, authors are requested to fill the online registration form to complete the registration.

Note:

Registration fee is only for the conference. No publication charges are involved in the registration fee.
Registration fee includes a registration kit, welcome dinner, working lunches, and a conference dinner (for offline participants).
Registration fee covers full participation in the conference, keynote speeches, all technical sessions, and a participation certificate.
Registration fee includes institute overhead charges and GST as per actual. There are no additional charges for paper publication.

The expenses towards travel and accommodation shall be borne by the participants.

Prasad V Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology (PVP SIT) is well connected by air, rail, and road.

Air Route:

Vijayawada International Airport (Gannavaram) is the nearest airport, located approximately 18 km from the institute. Participants can take a cab from the airport, which takes around 30-40 minutes to reach the campus.

By Rail:

Vijayawada Junction is the nearest major railway station, located about 12 km from PVP SIT. The station is well connected to all major cities in India. Taxis and auto-rickshaws are available from the railway station to the institute.

By Road:

PVP SIT is located in Kanuru, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. It is well connected by road, and participants can reach the campus via NH16. Regular buses, cabs, and auto-rickshaws are available from various parts of Vijayawada.
